Data Offering Manager

 

Currently, we are looking for Data Offering Manager, who will be responsible for developing, managing, and subsequently optimizing a Data Analytics Offering for the BL/ BU. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, incl. the Datahub team, marketing, product development, R&D, RUN and presales team to ensure we have a unique, innovative, exciting and comprehensive data offering to take to market.

 


As our new Data Offering Manager you will:

  • Have complete understanding on our services and envisage data related offerings & features that we could promote
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats with support of Market and Business Intelligence teams
  • Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales & CSMs to identify clients’ needs, technical pains and business requirements related to connectivity
  • Translate such needs/specifications into viable & profitable technological solutions (be it a solution, feature, CR or product improvement) 
  • Create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies. Develop a clear vision leveraging data to energize business 
  • Drive the Data roadmap and ambitions for on a 5 year plan, working closely with internal stakeholders i.e. Product Owners and DataHub team.
  • prioritize features that deliver the highest value relative to delivery effort and risk.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of tech concepts and applications.  Initiate and mature enhanced solutions with the support of the Digital Solutions BL.
  • Define and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Leverage the AI technology into data analytics for even better customer experience and offering
  • Create and maintain comprehensive collaterals for all product and service offerings per market/ customer segment.
  • Define KPIs for the data related products 
  • Product updates:  Know and understand product and datahub updates to ensure future proof data solutions and new solutions that these might spark.
  • Monitor/analyze the performance of offerings (incl. customer RoI, P&L, features usage, KPIs…), making data-driven decisions to enhance their effectiveness
  • Develop and manage communication campaigns.

 



To succeed on this position, you should have the following:

  • Fluent in English, Polish is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, product data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Data analytics skills – being able to work in data driven way, analyze data from the several source, make conclusions and proposal to the customers
  • Negotiating and selling skills
  • Ability to understand Customer needs regarding data analytics and data management, create products that resonate with users 
  • University degree in related field
